Earlier this year the company purchased a large site adjacent to the A63 (the main arterial route into Leeds from the M1 motorway). The aim was to build a new global headquarters and purpose-built UK manufacturing facility.
Plans are now underway for a groundbreaking 75,000 sq ft factory designed in conjunction with industry leading specialist consultants to deliver a truly purpose built state of the art facility.
The directors have decided the project will be completed using BIM design methods. This will enhance the business understanding of BIM, and the likely demands of contractors delivering future projects whilst meeting the government’s 2016 mandate.
Once completed the facility will service both the company’s domestic market and growing export business. The business is currently experiencing record output, but are proud to say that despite this their usual high standards are been maintained.
Even with the UK construction boom in full flow, the business is still maintaining it’s enviable ‘fastest manufacturer in the industry’ status.
