ACS uses a high-density plastic for our thermal shims. The composition of the plastic reduces thermal bridging and helps to improve the energy efficiency of a building.
The Thermo 3 shims are predominantly used for masonry support systems. However, ACS has also developed a smaller shim for use with our 3000 range Frame Cramp. This adds all the energy efficiency benefits to our market leading Frame Cramp
ACS also uses plastics for our debonding sleeves and insulation retaining clips.
