We’re absolutely delighted to be partnering with ACS and collaboratively presenting the groundbreaking product that is CertusTM to the market in conjunction with our framing systems. Prior to 2019 we’d solely operated as a direct sales operator but following the Grenfell Tower tragedy the whole industry was turned on its head. The drastic – and much needed increase in building regulations meant contractors and architects were faced with many more challenges within their builds and this led to us re-evaluating our offerings and asking how we could bridge this gap.
As a business we recognised the value of being able to offer the full package so to speak – a place where contractors could come to us and acquire their full suite of resources anchored by a service that would take ownership of regulations, best practice and problem solving – all the things that were becoming increasingly time consuming, complex and disruptive to the building process.
As a business we’ve always had a close relationship with ACS and throughout their development of CertusTM, our lead engineer was very involved with ACS and Hilti working together to make it compatible with our framing systems – enabling us to provide a unique offering to our customers. The partnership enables us to present a solid, rigorously tested and groundbreaking approach to construction. We can now offer the entire service of framing and brick-slip facade system under one roof – revolutionary to the future of construction. Our centralised hub and 26 account managers means support is always on hand providing for the first time, a seamless, integrated solution for the sector.
The value proposition of CertusTM is huge, it’s a groundbreaking product that brings many solutions to the construction process. The benefit of it arriving in panel form on site saves time and money making it a desirable choice. It can be installed in any weather and can be applied in many different styles bringing many creative options to the architect, it can also be fused with traditional brick. Already conversations with customers have eluded to the combined system bringing unprecedented peace of mind and making the process a lot easier for them.
The partnership means we can present a full, rigorously tested, groundbreaking solution for our customers. A system which meets and exceeds the Building Safety Act that offers flexibility in design, access to support throughout construction and an unprecedented level of care all under one roof.
It means architects and main contractors don’t have to go to separate businesses and piece together the elements they need – they can do it all from one place with the huge benefit of having us available on site whenever they need.
