As we continue to invest in talent and nurture our ACS workforce, we are thrilled to announce our appointment as members of The 5% Club.
The 5% Club is a dynamic movement of employers committed to earn and learn as part of building and developing the workforce they need as part of a socially mobile, prosperous and cohesive nation. The Club exists to help its members and all employers increase further the number, quality and range of earn and learn opportunities across the UK.
ACS’ membership to the club was confirmed this week – recognition of our efforts to ensure a minimum of 5% of our ACS colleagues have the opportunity to grow while they work. This encompasses everyone from dedicated apprentices and graduates, to colleagues pursuing professional qualifications.

The 5% Club comprises 950 UK companies, and our membership is the latest in a line of recognition for ACS in the past year. Just recently, several products in our portfolio earned CCPI accreditation, while in August 2023, we secured our Carbon Neutral Business 2023 Certification for the second consecutive year – underscoring our dedication to offsetting our carbon footprint through sustainable practices and operations.
