The Job Role
This is a key support role working across the Marketing and Sales teams. The Marketing Administrator will assist with marketing activities, event coordination, and general administration, while also supporting the sale teams with CRM, documentation, communication, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks across multiple departments.

Main Duties / Key Responsibilities
Marketing Administration
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and activities to support brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Support the creation and scheduling of content across social media, email campaigns, and the ACS website.
- Help maintain Salesforce, contact lists, marketing platforms and marketing planners to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Track performance of marketing activities using basic analytics tools and support the reporting process.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. sales, technical and factory) to ensure consistent and accurate marketing communications.
- Carry out industry research and competitor monitoring to support campaign planning and identify new opportunities.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including maintaining the server, managing stock of promotional materials, and processing invoices or PO’s.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas and take record actions for marketing team meetings.
- Assist with proofing, formatting and preparing presentations or marketing materials.
- Keep project trackers and marketing systems up to date.
Event Coordination:
- Help coordinate events such as exhibitions, factory tours, and internal events.
- Manage event logistics such as bookings, orders and promotional materials.
- Provide administrative support before, during, and after events, including assisting with delegate communication, database submissions and follow-ups
Sales Support
Sales Support and CRM Administration;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, supporting data integrity through regular audits and clean-ups.
- Assist with user management, reporting, dashboards, and basic troubleshooting in collaboration with IT.
- Support the sales team with lead tracking, quote generation, reporting, and pipeline updates.
- Help onboard new sales staff with CRM training and provide general day-to-day support.
- Contribute to improving sales processes, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing through campaign and lead tracking.
The Ideal Candidate
Skills, experience and qualifications that are required for the role:
- Prior experience in a marketing, administrative or support role (minimum 1–2 years).
- Organised with strong time management skills.
- Comfortable using standard marketing and office software such as Microsoft Office, Canva, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
- Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills.
- Able to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing or related sectors is desirable.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and tools (e.g. SEO, social media scheduling) is a plus.
- Event or campaign coordination experience is helpful.
