ACS Customer Service Questionnaire: Winner Announced

Last month ACS sent out its half-year customer service questionnaire to all its clients.

The company would like to thank all its loyal clients that took a couple of minutes of their time to give the business their thoughts and comments.

This feedback plays an essential part in the allocation of our time and resources. As with all previous questionnaires, every single completed form was reviewed by a senior manager and discussed at board level.

As always one lucky reply was drawn at random to receive a gesture of thanks. This years winner was Mr Harry Clayton of Keith Walton Brickwork Ltd based in Nelson Lancashire.
