A-Tray™ cavity tray is highly versatile, suitable for use in a wide range of brick construction applications. It’s available in 1.2 metre lengths and can be adapted onsite to fit any cavity.

All A-Tray™ corners are pre-formed in the ACS factory to ensure there is no risk of water penetration, due to site formed details, a risk clearly identified by warranty providers.

Crafted from 90% recycled, high-quality stainless steel, this two-part cavity tray system mitigates risk of differential movement compared to single piece tray systems. It also offers exceptional strength and adaptability, ensuring reliable protection against water damage and corrosion. Its unique design allows for efficient water drainage, reducing the risk of structural damage and mould growth.

With its simple installation process, the A-Tray™ cavity tray system can be easily incorporated into any high-rise construction project, providing a reliable and effective solution for water management. A-Tray™ cavity tray is manufactured using only Stainless Steel, including the stainless steel weep vents available. The use of stainless steel weep vents eliminates the risk of bimetallic corrosion, as moisture is directed out of the cavity effectively. The weeps vents are also designed to prevent the ingress of debris.

A–Tray™ has endured a full test procedure as part of the BBA certification process, ensuring that the product is independently certified, as well as fit for purpose.

The A-Tray™ system requires Butyl tape to seal the system and prevent water ingress into the cavity or structure. This jointing method has been independently tested and certified by the BBA, for this specific type of installation.

dESIGNED FOR SINGLE PERSON INSTALLATION

A-Tray™ is simple to install and only requires a single person due to creation of the ACS installation tool which works as another pair of hands but without the labour cost.
